Facility Use & Rental
Our sanctuary and other rooms are available to rent for music lessons and recitals, weekly or monthly small group meetings, weddings, memorials, milestone celebrations, and other events. We are located on Fair Oaks Boulevard (near Sunrise Blvd.) with our buildings set back from the street on a small hill. This allows us to be conveniently located to Fair Oaks, Rancho Cordova, and Carmichael yet also retain a quieter, more private feel once on our campus.
Music Lessons and Recitals
Music lessons can be conducted in our choir room located in the sanctuary. An upright piano, chairs, and music stands are available for your use. As a music teacher, you will appreciate the privacy of holding lessons here. While the choir room is not sound proof, you will not have competing lessons taking place in a studio right next door. Recitals may be held in our sanctuary which offers excellent acoustics in a welcoming setting. Our chancel/stage area is a lovely golden oak. We have an organ and a grand piano which are available for your use.
Weekly or Monthly Small Group Meetings
We have several spaces of varying sizes to offer for your small group meetings.
Wesley Hall is located just west of the sanctuary across the lawn and has a maximum capacity of 35. It is carpeted with access to chairs and tables.
The Potter Building is located behind the sanctuary. There are sinks and counter space available at both ends of Potter as well as chairs and tables to be set up according to your needs.
For larger groups, the Sanctuary has a 183-person maximum capacity. The seating in the sanctuary consists of moveable, upholstered chairs, which is a nice feature for those who want to set them up differently than in traditional rows. Tables are also available for use in the sanctuary.

Weddings, Memorial Services, and Milestone Celebrations

Keep in mind, our sanctuary has a 183 person maximum capacity. It is comfortably climate controlled. It has the feel of an intimate chapel with a peaked ceiling and windows along one side. Walls are a soft white inside and the carpet is a dark green. Stained glass windows adorn the side and top of the sanctuary. The seating in the sanctuary consists of moveable, upholstered chairs, which is a nice feature for those who want to set them up differently than in traditional rows.

Our sanctuary may be re-arranged to accommodate tables if you need a space to hold a family gathering, celebrate a milestone birthday, or for another special event.
You may want to rent the kitchen (which is next to the Sanctuary) to prepare your food. The kitchen houses four ovens, a large gas stove, coffee makers, a commercial dishwasher, and a long serving counter. The kitchen helps make your cake and coffee reception very convenient here at our church. Even if you plan to serve a full meal at your event, you will find the kitchen well equipped. Please note that alcohol is not permitted on the church premises.
